1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Fun Desert Adventure Tourism LLC.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking details have been received and the reservation has been confirmed by our team.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including the guest name, contact number, email address, number of passengers, tour date and pickup location.
Any incorrect information provided at the time of booking may affect the pickup or tour arrangements.
2. Payment Terms
Payment requirements may vary depending on the selected tour, package and booking arrangements.
Where advance payment is required, the reservation may remain unconfirmed until the payment has been received and verified.
Customers should retain their payment receipt or booking confirmation for their records.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the package booked and the time remaining before the scheduled tour.
Customer Cancellation
Customers should contact our reservations team as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change a booking.
Any applicable refund will be determined according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
No-Show
If a customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location or cannot be contacted during the scheduled pickup period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
Company Cancellation
Fun Desert Adventure Tourism LLC may cancel, postpone or modify a tour where necessary because of safety concerns, severe weather, operational circumstances, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Pickup & Drop-Off
Pickup and drop-off services are available only where included in the selected package or confirmed separately with the customer.
Customers must provide the correct hotel, residence, apartment, villa or other pickup location at the time of booking.
Pickup times are approximate and may vary because of traffic, road conditions, weather, multiple hotel collections and other operational circumstances.
Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed pickup time.
5. Tour Timing & Delays
Tour duration refers to the activity or service specified in the selected package. Transfer time to and from the desert may not be included in the stated activity duration.
Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle availability, government procedures or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers should allow sufficient flexibility in their schedule when booking a desert experience.
6. Desert Safari & Dune Bashing Safety
Desert activities involve driving on uneven and sandy terrain. Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our drivers, guides and activity operators.
- Seat belts must be worn whenever required.
- Customers must remain seated during vehicle activities.
- Customers must follow the driver's safety instructions.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
- Guests with medical or mobility concerns should inform us before the tour.
- Customers must not interfere with the operation of any tour vehicle.
Dune bashing or other activities may be modified or omitted where the operator considers this necessary for safety.
7. Children, Elderly Guests & Special Requirements
Customers should inform us in advance if any member of the group is elderly, pregnant, has mobility limitations, has a medical condition or requires special assistance.
Certain activities, particularly dune bashing, quad biking and buggy driving, may not be suitable for every guest.
Our team may recommend an alternative arrangement where appropriate, subject to availability and operational requirements.
8. Dune Buggy & Quad Bike Activities
Dune buggy and quad bike activities are subject to the safety rules and operating requirements of the activity provider.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions.
- Required protective equipment must be used.
- Drivers must meet the applicable age and licensing requirements.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Reckless or dangerous driving is not permitted.
- Customers may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligent operation, subject to applicable law and the operator's stated policy.
The exact vehicle model, seating arrangement or equipment may be substituted with an equivalent option when required because of operational circumstances.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
Desert activities may be affected by weather and environmental conditions, including excessive heat, sandstorms, rain, poor visibility or other conditions that may create a safety concern.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel an activity when necessary to protect guests and staff.
Events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, road closures, natural events, emergencies, severe weather and other force majeure circumstances may affect the delivery of a tour.
10. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
Fun Desert Adventure Tourism LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left unattended in vehicles, camps or activity areas, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, staff, other guests and local communities.
We reserve the right to discontinue a customer's participation in a tour if their behaviour creates a safety risk, causes disruption, damages property or violates applicable laws or reasonable safety instructions.
12. Changes to Tour Packages
Tour inclusions, schedules, vehicles, camps, entertainment, menus and activity arrangements may occasionally change because of availability, operational requirements, weather, government regulations or other circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, we will inform customers of significant changes before or during the tour.
13. Liability
Fun Desert Adventure Tourism LLC takes reasonable measures to provide its services safely and professionally.
Customers acknowledge that desert and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions and disclose relevant information that may affect their ability to participate safely.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Photography & Media
Photography and video may be taken during tours for operational, promotional or social media purposes where appropriate.
If a guest has a specific concern regarding photography or use of their image, they should inform our team before the tour where reasonably possible.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, making a payment or participating in a tour operated or arranged by Fun Desert Adventure Tourism LLC, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Customers are encouraged to contact our reservations team if they have any questions about a package, activity, payment, cancellation or pickup arrangement before confirming their booking.
